ZeClinics is hiring a part-time HR Manager!

ZeClinics offers an exciting opportunity for an HR manager to be part of the team, whose mission is to provide an outsourcing solution for safety and efficacy screenings of novel chemical molecules using zebrafish. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in soft human resources. The person will work alongside the Director of Human Resources, supporting the duties specified below.
Duties of the HR Manager will include:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: will help the HR Director develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, conduct job analyses, post job advertisements, screen resumes, interview candidates, and help the Directors Board to make hiring decisions.
  • Team member Onboarding: will support the onboarding process for new employees, which involves completing the necessary paperwork, providing orientation and training, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Team member Relations: along with the HR Director, will play a support role in managing team member relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. They may also collaborate in developing and implementing team member engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: will support the HR Director in establishing performance management systems, setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Training and Development: will collaborate with the HR department to identify training needs within the organization, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • HR Data Management: will collaborate in collecting team member records, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. They may also support the HR Director in generating reports and provide HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Studies

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial/ Organizational Psychology.

A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a similar field will be a plus.

Experience to value
  • Having a well-rounded background in various HR functions, such as recruitment and selection, team member relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Experience in managing team member relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and making sound hiring decisions is highly valued.
