Summary:

Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) affects nowadays about 25% of the population worldwide, but there is still no treatment in the market. The main goal of the industrial PhD project is to generate NAFLD zebrafish models – dietary and genetic – to allow the identification of new biomarkers of the disease and therapeutic targets in which to perform a pharmacological screening.
