As part of the effort in technological innovation in ZeClinics, we are developing a microscopic analysis software to analyze multiple video parameters inherent to the physiology of the heart and vascular zebrafish larvae system: let us introduce ZeCardio®.

This software analyzes, through advanced algorithms, high-definition videos taken in vivo on heart and vascular larvae system. ZeCardio® allows us quantify the following parameters:

  • Heart beat frequency (Ventricle and Atrium)
  • Checkbox for AV coupling defect, if seen.
  • Arrhythmia.
  • Fibrillation.
  • Cardiac arrest.
  • Ejection Fraction.
  • QT interval or time interval of ventricle contraction.
  • QTc corrected interval.
  • RT-like phase.
  • Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC).
  • Vessel blood flow analysis.
  • Artery blood flow analysis.
