1. Scope
ZeClinics SL (“ZeClinics”) undertakes to protect the privacy of any users who access the website https://www.zeclinics.com (the “Website”). The contents of the Website is owned, operated, licensed, and controlled by ZeClinics.
The user can browse and use the Website without having to provide any personal data. ZeClinics will only have access to personal data, which have been voluntarily supplied by users, through the forms provided, or by contacting ZeClinics by e-mail or through any other means provided on the Website. If the Website collects personal data through cookies, the user will be adequately informed through the Cookies Policy and, as the case may be, by any other means required by applicable law.
This document sets out ZeClinics policy on the processing of personal data collected through the Website. The use of the Website implies the user’s acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy as well as having its personal data processed as set out in the said policy. Please note that, although there may be links to other companies or organizations to which the Website is redirected, this Privacy Policy applies only to the Website and not to websites of other companies, organizations or any third parties to which the Website is redirected. ZeClinics does not control or endorse the content of third-party websites, nor does it accept any liability for the content or the privacy policies of such websites.
2. Data controller
According to current regulations, the user is informed that the personal data collected through this Website will become part of a file owned by ZeClinics S.L., a Spanish company with fiscal address at Carrer de Laureà Miró, 408, 410, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain) and tax identification code B66058496.
3. Purposes
The purposes and legal bases through which the users’ personal data will be processed are the following:

4. Communication of personal data to third parties and international transfers
ZeClinics will not share users’ personal data with third parties unless (i) it is required to meet the legal obligations of ZeClinics; (ii) it is necessary to attend a legal requirement; or (iii) it is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims when it is necessary in execution of ZeClinics legitimate interest to defend its interests.
ZeClinics does not transfer personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area. Any international transfer of data that ZeClinics may carry out will be done with an adequate level of protection in accordance with the Data Protection regulations.
User’s data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with the applicable security measures.
5. Security measures
ZeClinics adopts the technical and organizational measures which are necessary to maintain the level of security required for personal data being processed. ZeClinics also has the appropriate mechanisms in place to prevent, to the extent possible, any unauthorized accesses, thefts, unauthorized modifications and losses of data.
6. Confidentiality
In compliance with current regulations, ZeClinics undertakes to fulfill its obligation of secrecy regarding the personal data that users provide while browsing through the Website and its duty to keep and store said information confidential.
7. Third-party data
If users provide with personal data of a third party, they guarantee having obtained said third party’s prior consent and having informed them beforehand of the conditions and purposes for which ZeClinics may use their personal data. Users must prove that consent has been obtained.

Data provided by users must be accurate and truthful. In any case, users must notify ZeClinics of any changes to their data to keep said data up to date at all times.
9. Rights of data subjects
At any time, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, opposition and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to data portability and to object to automated individual decisions making to the data processing under the terms set out in the current legislation, by sending a written communication to info@zeclinics.com, specifying their request. If users have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of privacy rights, they can file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/).
10. Conservation of personal data
In any case, ZeClinics will only retain users’ data during the necessary time to fulfill the intended purposes.
That is, personal data will be processed as long as it takes us to manage queries, requests or complaints; as long as users does not object to electronic commercial communications and newsletters; as long as they do not withdraw their consent to the use of cookies (and in any case for a maximum period of 24 months). And, in case of applying for a job, data will be processed until the user withdraws its consent to participate in the vacant position or until the vacancy is closed.
Unless applicable law regulates otherwise, and when data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, personal data will be blocked for the period of limitation of actions that may arise from the different data processing’s and for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
11. Update of the Privacy Policy
If it does not contravene the applicable legislation on data protection, ZeClinics may modify and update the Privacy Policy at any time with prior notice to users. Users must always check the content of the Privacy Policy to remain informed at all times of the information collected through the Website, how this information is used and the circumstances in which it may be disclosed to third parties. ZeClinics reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, case law or new data protection control authorities’ criteria.
