International Zebrafish Conference 2021

International Zebrafish Conference

ZeClinics announce its participation in the 16th International Zebrafish Conference, the largest zebrafish meeting in the world, hosted by the @International Zebrafish Society next June 16th-22nd 2021.

The IZFC has been the “go-to” meeting for the zebrafish community for more than two decades. This year, IZFC will feature a wealth of scientific sessions that will be live-streamed and recorded for later on-demand access by meeting registrants. It will also offer lots of opportunities to connect through live Q&A with presenters, an interactive welcome and networking session, and one-on-one networking opportunities.

Dr. Vincenzo Di Donato, our Scientific Director, will present the poster entitled “A high-throughput system for Quality Control of Cas9 variants”, authored by F De Santis, S Jarque, C Cortés, J Ibarra, E Celauro, A L Cavallo, R Nitsch, V Di Donato. This study provides evidence supporting the use of zebrafish as a robust system for quality control of Cas9 variants, and paves the ground for the simultaneous validation of several gene therapy approaches employing innovative gene-editing tools targeted to different therapeutic areas.

The poster hall will be open for the entirety of the conference. Don’t miss the interactive virtual poster hall! Come with your questions to get expert advice from Vincenzo.
